Swimsuit Shopping- Don't Sweat It

We are well into summer and that means shopping for all the summer holiday must haves, including swimwear. For some this may be straight forward, but for many (including myself) it is a complicated and often frustrating exercises that takes the fun out of shopping- which is something that I would never imagine saying!

Here are some tips for you to consider when you hit the shops in search of the perfect swimsuit:

The most important thing to mindful of when swimsuit shopping is comfort. Are you comfortable and relaxed in your choice of swimwear? Be it a teeny bikini or a plunging one piece, whatever your preference it needs to feel good or you just won't wear it.

The second thing to consider is fit. By that I mean, is it lifting where it should, is the coverage right, is it cutting you in the wrong place, basically it is enhancing the best parts of your body.

And the third thing is fabric- a good swimsuit is one that has a decent amount of stretch and lift and also a fabric that is fast drying if you plan on actually swimming in it! The worst thing is to buy a bathing suit in a fabric, like crochet for example, take a dip in the sea and have to wait 2 hours for it to dry.

So, in summary always consider the function of the swimsuit along with the style. And whenever you can it is essential to try before you buy! After all you probably spend fifty percent of your holiday in it.

Here is a collection of swimsuits I have seen, felt, and in some cases tried on this season, that I believe are great options. Happy Shopping!
