Denim: How to find the perfect pair

I recently received a spring catalogue from the brand Hush and was pleasantly surprised by all the jeans on offer in various colours and styles. I started to covet a pair with every turning page so I decided it was best to have a look online, as often photo campaigns have a tendency to beautify and embellish the way clothes actually look on normal people.

To my surprise there was even more on offer and thankfully, because I am fully aware of my body shape and what is flattering on me, I was able to discount almost two thirds.

My point is we can easily become overwhelmed by what is on offer on the high street, online, and what is pushed on us via social media; Without knowing what truly suits our body shapes we can often make ill-informed choices, leading to a lack of wearing our clothes or buying more to compensate for the fact that we feel we have nothing to wear.

Getting to know your body shape and the clothes that will enhance your figure can really change the way you shop!
